Marble strongly believes that a project needs to be supported by the direct community to be a success. We practice open and transparent communication and encourage landowners to work together and share information.
Before commencing work on developing a renewable energy project, Marble first approaches potential host landowners to determine if hosting a renewable energy development will help with their goals and plans for the property.
If there is alignment, Marble enters a contractual relationship with the host landowners so that it can commence developing the project which includes tasks such as conducting ecology studies, preparing a planning application, and surveying the property.
